Operation
Sensor
A diffuse reflection beam sensor is installed in the top of the hood.
Hold the work in your hands and inserting your hands above the sensor mark on the work platform
will cause the sensor to sense their presence and open/close the compressed air solenoid valve.
The output time can be adjusted by adjusting the timer to extend the time after the detection signal
is off. The sensor sensing (detection) position can be adjusted by adjusting the sensitivity
(SENS) control inside the sensor cover.
*Timer : This is set to "Off delay timer mode: approx. 3 sec" at shipment.
(Setting range: 0.1 to 5 sec) This mode continues output for just the time the set time is
extended after the detection signal is off.
*Sensing (detection) position: This is adjusted to the position of the
aiming mark on the perforated plate.
*Use the aiming mark as a guide when working.
*Do not use the unit with the position of the perforated plate changed or
with it removed. Doing so could cause a malfunction.

WARNING
To prevent electrical shock accidents, be sure to unplug the power
cord from the outlet before inspecting the static eraser.
CAUTION
Do not modify or disassemble the product.
The sensitivity and timer are set at the time of shipment. Do not
change the settings unnecessarily. When making fine adjustments,
use the included sensor adjustment tool. When making adjustments,
turning the control with excessive force could damage it.
