Operation

Operation
Before starting operation, double checks to make sure all of the installation items are being
observed.
Also check to make sure the front and rear covers are completely closed.
If not completely closed or if left open, the vacuum force could drop or the fan motor could
breakdown, so check to make sure they are closed.
Switch
A simple snap switch is used for operation.
Push the switch to (|) to operate the unit and to (〇) to shut it off.
Use a wiring circuit breaker (for the motor) to prevent overloading.
In this case, use one that is suitable for the motor (suitable for the current value).
It is also recommended that a ground-fault interrupter be installed.
Remember
Front acrylic window
Open and close the acrylic window to match the working conditions.
Please note that the product performance is obtained when the acrylic window is closed, so when
working with the window open, check to make sure the blow speed matches the work being done.
CAUTION
CAUTION
Be sure to turn off the power when the thermal protector operates and the
operation stops.
When the motor becomes overloaded, the thermal protector automatically
operates to stop the motor, but since this is an automatic recovery type
motor, if the power is left on, the motor could suddenly automatically
restarting operating and leads to an accident.
Be sure to turn off the switch and unplug the power cord from the outlet
before looking for the cause of the trouble.
Do not restart operation before identifying and eliminating the cause of the
trouble.
Never get your finger caught at the time of front acryl window open/ closed.
Do not stick your finger into a gap between front hood and the acryl plate.
IPC20-E allows only one operator to be engaged in its use.
Scratching the clear acrylic sheet or getting it dirty could make it difficult or
impossible to seen the area being worked on and result in hazardous handling
mistakes, so be sufficiently careful under such conditions. Periodically replacing
the acrylic window is recommended.
