BRAKE HOSE INSPECTION
1.lnspect:
• Brake hoses
<D
Cracks/wear/damage
➔
Replace.
2.Check:
• Brake hose clamp
Loose ➔ Tighten.
3.Hold the motorcycle upright and apply
the front or rear brake .
4.Check:
• Brake hoses
Activate the brake lever or pedal several
times.
Brake fluid leakage
➔
Replace the faulty
hose.

WARNING
Bleed the brake system whenever:
• The system is disassembled.
• A brake hose is loosened or removed.
• The brake fluid level is very low.
• Brake operation is faulty.
If the brake system is not properly bled, a
loss of braking performance may occur.
1.Bleed:
• Brake system

Air bleeding steps:
a.Fill the brake reservoir with the .proper
brake fluid.
b.lnstall the diaphragm. Be careful not to
spill any fluid or allow the brake reservoir
to overflow .
c.Connect a clear plastic hose
