5.Starter relay
• Remove the relay unit from the wire har-
ness.
• Connect the pocket tester
(n
x
1) and
battery (12 V) to the relay unit coupler
terminals .
Battery
(+)

Red/White terminal G)
Battery (-) terminal

Blue terminal

Tester(+)
lead ➔
Red terminal @
Tester(-)
lead ➔
Black terminal@
• Check the starter relay for continuity.

6.Main switch
• Disconnect the main switch couplers
from the wire harness.
• Check for continuity as follows:
Red G) - Brown/Blue
