EXUP CABLE ADJUSTMENT

Perform this test immediately so that the
s,rvo motor is not damaged.
eCheck the EXUP valve.
• Connect the servo motor coupler.

• EXUP cable free play@
EXUP cable free play:
1.5 mm (0.059 in) or less
5.Adjust:
• EXUP cable free play

Adjusting steps: •
• Loosen both locknuts G).

elnsert a 4 mm (1.57 in) pin through the
notch of the pulley and into the hole.
•Turn both adjusters
®
counterclockwise
until there is no cable free play.
eTurn both adjusters 1/2 of a turn clock-
wise.
• Tighten both locknuts and then remove
the pin.

6.lnstall:
• EXUP valve cover
Bolt (EXUP valve cover):
10 Nm (1.0 m • kg, 7.2 ft• lb)
