Three fields in the accountActions table are required for every type of
transaction. The tables in the following sections specify which fields must be
present for each transaction type or action.

255 The name of a TACACS+ service;
for example, "ppp" or the
RADIUS VSA attribute number.

1=done, 2=failed. This should
normally be set to 0.
