Assembling Check
Following replacement of parts, confirm that the fixture has been correctly
assembled. The assembling check consists of

Normally, this check should be conducted under the following circumstances.

Electrode Check
It should be checked whether the fixture is correctly assembled by measuring
the impedance (Rs, Ls) of the fixture itself with the upper and lower electrodes
in contact.

Procedure
Step 1. Remove the cap and ensure that nothing is inserted into the fixture.
Step 2. Clean the fixture's upper and lower electrodes as described in
