Replacement Procedure
This section describes the replacement methods for the lower electrode,
insulator and upper electrode. After replacing the respective parts, check the
operation of the parts with reference to "Operation Check."
To replace the insulator and upper electrode, the 1.5-mm hex wrench (Keysight
Part No. 8710-0909), included with the fixture, is required.
