3.2.10.1 Recommendations for RS-232 Wiring
a) Always power-off all the IPS110 supplies before inserting/removing the RS-232 serial
connector.
b) Use a 9-wire standard 1-to-1 (non-inverting) shielded cable, preferable with metallic or
metallized shells (casings)
