Indigo NXT Ice Machine Troubleshooting Tips
Control Board Diagnostics:
• Control board Self Check:
o Serial Flash:
− Pass
− Fail = Replace Control Board
o Real Time Clock:
− Pass
− Fail
= Replace Control Board
o Ice Thickness Circuit: internally
disconnects the ITP and generates and
senses for a known signal through the
circuit. This will be a Pass/Fail
notification.
− Pass
board and control board should
not be replaced.
− Fail
= ITP circuit fails test on board
and control board should be
replaced.
= Flash memory tests good.
= Clock tests good.
= ITP circuit passes test on
• Press Menu
• Press Service
• Press Diagnostics
• Press Control Board
• Press Self Check ON
• Wait for result
