QuietQube / CVD Installation
Pressure Test & Evacuate
Pressure test with 150 psig (1034 kPa) nitrogen
Remove valves cores to decrease evacuation time
Evacuate at head section or condensing unit
Install micron gauge on the opposite end of system that
the vacuum pump is on. (500 microns or less)
