Indigo NXT Ice Machine Troubleshooting Tips

Firmware Update Procedure

Install Firmware into Indigo NXT Control Board:
1. Navigate to (Menu/Service/USB/Upgrade
Firmware).
2. Insert Flash Drive with Firmware.
3. Press "UPGRADE FIRMWARE".
• Wait for Completion! This may take up
to 10-15 Minutes.
4. Once Complete, the display goes back to the
home screen and the Control board CPU &
Display Green LED lights will begin to flash.
Remove flash drive and check the firmware
revision under (Menu/machine information).
5. Reset defaults to Factory Specification.
6. Cycle Power and Check for proper operation.
NOTE: Flash drive must be formatted correctly before using, FAT 32.
