Before Calling for Technical Support
By verifying these steps and having this information available,
technical support can help with a faster and more accurate
diagnosis.
o Freeze Cycle Long: Check the
condenser and verify the condenser
is clean and air temperature
entering the condenser. (Symptom
#2 Troubleshooting).
o Harvest Cycle Long:
― Ice Staying Frozen = Refer to
Symptom #3
― Ice Melting out/slow release =
Refer to Symptom #4
• Review the Alerts in the Alert Menu.
What does the control board tell you to
look at? List the Alerts: Number of
times tripped, Date and time of the last
trip.
