Indigo NXT Ice Machine Troubleshooting Tips
Water Level Probe Diagnostics
Voltage Is Not Present at Water Inlet Valve and Water Is Not Contacting the Water Level
Probe
Step 1 – Verify water is supplied to the ice
machine.
Step 2 – Navigate to Service/Diagnostics/Input
/Wtr Low and Wtr High are displayed.
A. "Sensing" is displayed – Control board is
receiving a sensing water signal. Proceed to
step 3.
B. "Not" is displayed – Control board is not
receiving a sensing water signal. Proceed to
Step #4
NOTE: A quick way to verify there is a water supply, and the water fill
solenoid valve system works is to enable all relays under
Service/Diagnostics/Control Board/Enable Relays.
