Possible Reasons
The power supply is not
connected to AC power or no
AC power is available.
An over-voltage condition has

due to an over-current condition.

Possible Solutions
Be sure that all power cords are
connected to the power supplies.
Be sure that all power cords are
plugged into working, grounded
outlets.
Check your power source to be sure
that the correct voltage is being
delivered.
Be sure that the pins on the power
supplies are not damaged.
Be sure that the power supplies are
fully seated in the power supply bays.
Be sure that nothing is preventing the
power supply fan blades from
spinning.
Contact HP or your authorized service
provider for parts and service.
Inspect the power supply and center
wall assembly connectors for any
signs of damage.
Look at all other health LEDs to
determine which component may be
causing the over-current condition.
