Remove the HBA330 controller

☐ 10 Slide the system into the cabinet.
☐ 11 Connect the I/O cables and power cords. See
☐ 12 Install the bezel.
Perform mandatory software tasks to return the node to operation:
☐ 13 Return the node to operation.
Before you begin
Follow all safety guidelines.
Procedure
1. Locate the PCIe slot in which the controller is located.
2. Remove the screws on the bracket, if any, or use the system's retention clips to
remove the controller from the system.
Note
To avoid damage to the controller, hold the controller by its edges only.
3. Remove the connector that attaches the controller to the system board.
