Remarks
After a lapse of 0.5ms or more from specifying SELECT 0 IN to SELECT 2 IN and D0 IN
to D15 IN, turn on SET IN.
Keep the input until the SET OK turns ON.
One-shot output. Set the output time on the environment setting screen. There is a
margin for the setting value.
• When laser pumping is completed:
Time for data creation. It varies depending on the quantity of data to be marked.
• When laser pumping is not completed:
Time for data creation or time for laser pumping, whichever is longer.
To input the next file number right after TRIGGER IN, input SET IN after MARKING OUT
turns ON.
Keep the ON status for 10 ms or more.
