• Do not apply the voltage exceeding the maximum applied voltage to the terminal. Voltage exceeding the maximum
applied voltage could damage the device.
• Do not apply the electric current for input (output) terminal exceeding the maximum output current. Electric current
exceeding the maximum output current could damage the device.
• [IN COM.3] and [OUT COM.3] in the laser gate terminal are not connected with IN COM and OUT COM of the I/O
terminal, I/O connector and displacement sensor input connector.
