Installation of air nozzle
Place the blow-out port of the air nozzle at the outer periphery of the laser emission port without covering the lens. Provide
the fixing holes of the air nozzle on the head installation plate referring to "Example of head installation plate" (P.49),

* : Do not penetrate the surface of the head installation plate to the laser marker side. The thickness of the installation plate
should be 10 mm or more.

• Do not cover the glass of the laser emission port and laser pointer emission port with the air nozzle.
• Do not fix the air nozzle to the head fixing screw holes (six holes of M6) of the laser head. Reducing the fixing screws of
the head may create a falling hazard.
• Ensure that the air nozzle is fixed from the surface with a counterbore. If you screw the air nozzle from the opposite side,
dust or gas cannot be removed properly and it may lead to deterioration in quality of laser marking or processing and
product failure.
• Depending on the position of the air nozzle, provide the counterboring shape in the trough-holes of the head installation
plate to avoid the interference between the air nozzle and the screws for the head fixing.
