„ Input signal operation in I/O connector
• The ON/OFF listed in this section refers to the ON/OFF operations. It does not refer to the voltage level (High/Low).

IN COM.: Input common
The common terminal for each input of the I/O terminal and I/O connector. This terminal is internally
connected to the input common on the input terminal block. It is not necessary to be connected if
connected at the input terminal block.
• The inverting a power wiring of input/output terminal and I/O connector has trouble with the laser marker. Please make
sure to check the power wiring before running the laser marker.

SET: Set input
Turn this ON when executing the number input selected at the number input (D0 to D15) and the select
input (SELECT 0 to 2).
Turn the set input ON while maintaining the input status by specifying the SELECT 0 to 2 input and the
number input (D0 to D15). The input operation is executed at the timing of the edge of set input ON.

Set the number for one of the following targets selected at SELECT 0 to 2 input.

Input when changing the file number of 0 to 2047.
Specify the file number in the binary system as D0 to D15 and turn ON the set input.
Indicate values in the binary system as ON/OFF of D0 to D15 with D0 being the lowest digit value.
Example: When selecting the file No. 618
Select "0000 0010 0110 1010", which represents 618 in a 16-bit binary system, by specifying ON/OFF
of D0 to D15 as shown in the below table.
