Inspection Using Parallel Communication

Decide on the following settings.
− The data and output method to be output on D1 to D8.
− Whether to reset D1 to D8 after output is complete.
Timing to use if you will reset D1 to D8 after output.
− Whether to re−register the Smart Matching template using parallel input, and
how to do this.
− Select the method for switching the monitor display camera image.
Refer to page 16 − 23, or the page for the item that you want to execute
for further details.
2.
Start the inspection
Confirm the READY signal output (inspection preparation complete signal),
then input to the STA (START) input terminal for at least 1ms.
Note
If you will execute a specific substitution formula, confirm
READY signal output (inspection preparation complete signal),
and then input to the STA (START) terminal for at least 1ms while
simultaneously inputting the ACK signal.
