CONNECTING THE 3L CONTAINER MANUAL POWDER SYSTEM
Procedure:
1. Connect hose (black) to compressed air inlet A1 on the rear side of the control unit and
connection A2 on the air diffuser.
2. Connect dosing air hose 1 (blue) to connection B1 on the rear side of the control unit,
pull through the
eyelet S
3. Connect feed air hose 2 (red) to connection C1 on the rear side of the control unit, pull
through the
eyelet S
4.
Connect hose 3 (black) for the atomizer or Tribo air to connection D1 on the back of the
control unit, pull through the eyelet S and connect to the gun connection
5. Connect hose 4 (black) to connection E1 on the vibrator table, pull upwards through
the cable feedthrough P and tube O and connect to connection E2 on the trolley.
6. Pull hose 7 (black) for the vibration motor's compressed air supply up and through
pipe O and connect to connection T on the back of the control unit.
7. Plug the cable plug of pneumatic solenoid valve N into connection N1 on the rear side
of the control unit.
8. Pull gun cable 6 through the eyelet N and plug into connection G on the rear side
of the control unit. Screw the gun cable's protective sleeve on to the control unit's
connection socket and secure with the screw.
9. Connect the grounding cable to grounding screw H on the rear side of the control unit
and to the operating ground. Keep the grounding cable as short as possible.
10. Plug the mains cable into socket K (mains input) on the control unit and secure with
the circlip.
11. Connect the compressed air hose (12.5 x 18.5 mm, order no. 9981951) from the
compressed air supply to the compressed air inlet M on the trolley.
12. Connect exhaust air hose 7 to connection R on the powder container 8. The other end
of the exhaust air hose must be routed to the extraction unit of the powder spray
booth!
