Maintenance, repairs or the exchange of units or parts there of
must be carried out by trained personnel, outside the danger
areas.
Cause
Mains not switched on.

1 AT fuses defective.

The connection cable to the

powder spray gun is
interrupted.
The powder spray gun is too
●
close to the workpiece.
The grounding between control
●
unit and powder spray gun is
interrupted.
The flow rate in the powder
●
feed hose is too low.
Movement reduced the cross
●
section of the powder feed
hose.
Fluctuations in the compressed
●
air caused by short-term
increase of the air throughput
in the supply system.

Rectifi cation
Turn on mains.

Replace fuses.

To replace the connection cable

notifies Wagner services or your
qualified personnel.
Switch off the high-voltage,
●
increase the distance between
the spray gun and the
workpiece and then switch the
high-voltage on again. Should
an error message be displayed
again, inform the Wagner
service center.
Inform Wagner service center.

Increase the total feed and

dosage air and readjust the
ratio between the airs infers.
Use a powder hose that
●
prevents the cross section from
narrowing (select a hose with a
thicker wall).
Install compressed air storage

immediately in front of high
consumption system
components.
