Internal Flash Memory Interface
Internal parallel flash memory of the ADSP-BF506F EZ-KIT Lite is a
4 MB (2M x 16 bits) Numonyx M58WT032 device, which is internal to

By default, the EZ-KIT Lite boots from SPI flash memory. The processor
boots from internal parallel flash memory if the boot mode select switch

directory.
SPI Flash Memory Interface
SPI flash memory of the ADSP-BF506F EZ-KIT Lite is a 16 Mb
Numonyx M25P16 device. The device is selected via
SPI flash memory is pre-loaded with boot code for the power-on-self test
