Memory Map
The ADSP-BF506F processor has internal static random access memory
(SRAM) used for instruction or data storage. See
memory details can be found in the ADSP-BF50x Blackfin Processor Hard-
ware Reference.
The ADSP-BF506F EZ-KIT Lite board includes external serial peripheral
interconnect (SPI) flash and internal flash memories. See
also the following "Internal Flash Memory Interface" and "SPI Flash
Memory Interface".
