6. Thread the spring compression handle down onto the threaded rod enough to release the pressure on the
snap ring (8) (Figure 18-22, Page 18-13).
7. Remove snap ring (8) (Figure 18-23, Page 18-13).

8. Slowly remove the compression handle (Figure 18-24, Page 18-13). The collar, cam (6) and moveable sheave
(4) will rise and release tension on the spring (5).
9. Remove the cam (6) and spring (5) (Figure 18-25, Page 18-13).
