OPTION 3: Installing the Fan Control Module

The Fan Control Module should be mounted 2-3 sheets clockwise from the bin door at an accessible
height from the ground. There are two ways to mount the Fan Control Module and the installer will need
to choose the option depending on the bin (stiffened or unstiffened).
1. For stiffened bins, follow the instructions below to install the Fan Control Module.
a. The two unistrut (32) sections should be positioned across the second stiffener gap, clockwise
from the bin door and separated, vertically, by 7-1/2".
b. Mark the hole locations on the flanges of the stiffeners (33) and drill 1/4" holes.
c. Mount the unistrut (32) using the installation kit hardware.
d. Use the provided enclosure mounting kit to install the Fan Control Module (18) to the unistrut
(32).
