6.1 TM Palletizing Operator Software Overview
TM Palletizing Operator Software Package includes four software components programmed purposely to
accelerate palletizing setup and a file path for user-generated text file to enable quick setup for users (details about
downloading this software package will be discussed in Section 6.3 Downloading TM Palletizing Operator

6.2 TM Palletizing Operator Software Configuration Workflow
The following workflow table assumes that TMstudio and TMflow have been downloaded and installed
properly.
Steps

Download TM Palletizing Operator Software Package zip file
Save the downloaded file in a USB drive named "TMROBOT"

Set palletizing applications in TMstudio and generate text file

Export the generated layout text file to the destined path in USB (details in next section)

Plug the USB (named TMROBOT) into the Teach Pendant

Import TM software components and text file into TMflow

Set I/O while project error/stop

Pillar calibration

Configure vision jobs and palletizing applications

Start palletizing or go to Advanced Setting

Remember that the components and file path of TM Palletizing Operator Software
Package requires the pre-installation and execution of TMstudio and TMflow application
software programs.
