Removing the Power Supply Unit

Prerequisite condition: The step explained in Subsections 3.21, 3.24 must have been
completed.
Power supply
1. Remove two lamp power supply cable connected to the lamp inner housing unit
screws.

P-Tight P/N1021824 (mounting torque:
2. Disconnect the cables (blue/white) from the safety switch.
3. Remove four mounting screws from the power supply unit.

4. Remove the grand cable mounting screw.

5. Pull the power supply unit straight up with the inlet cover.
Caution:
When removing the power supply unit, take care not to bend or damage the bosses on
the lower case unit. When installing the power supply unit, align the power supply unit
positioning holes with these bosses. The cooling fan and its peripheral parts in the
power supply unit is susceptible to dust and dirt. When installing the power supply unit,
check fan's cleanness and clean it if necessary.
