8 Device level measurements

8.1

HeartScreen 80G-L Basic functions

1.
Connect a device top part without the printer head and the generator.
2.
Before downloading the program connect the power supply set to +9V in place of the battery. Remove the
resistor.
3.
Connect the other power supply – set to 3.6V – to the J17 battery drain point. Connect the negative points of
the two power supplies.

Note:
To enter the test menu, press and hold the Menu/Mon and Speed buttons when turning the device on.

Backlight is operational when the device is on.

Set the exact date and time, which has to be the same after turning the card
off and on again.
The LCD contrast is acceptable, not foggy, the LCD is operational.
Start from the test menu.
Max. 5ms burn time measured at J11.8.

ECG signal monitoring with Innobase for Windows program and generator,
checking main functions.
Gradually decrease battery voltage and with it the ONPOWER voltage
level (the processor checks this every second), at 8.4V +/-0.1V in the top
left corner a symbol appears:
(ONPOWER J11.9)
Continue to decrease the battery voltage (the processor checks this every
second), the device turns off at 7.2V +/-0,1V (ONPOWER J11.9).
