File and other series of function buttons, as shown in Figure 6.1. Each
button may implement one common function; when button color is
grey, it means this function is invalid in such condition.
2）Waveform area: it is used for display waveform, acoustic
parameter and other parameters of the current test points, and acoustic
parameter will display at the bottom of waveform, please see section
3.5. for details
3）Data List Area：it is used for display ultrasonic data of every
test point (Acoustic Time & Wave Velocity); press test point test
distance cell in Data List Area may modify the current test point test
distance data, details please see section 6.4. for details
4）Defects Schematic Graph Area: is used for display grid layout
and distribution of doubtful test points in the field test area.
6.2 Parameter setup
Press Param button on main interface of test defects main
interface to pop up dialogue box as shown in Figure 6.2, and default
value of every parameter will be the value saved in previous time.
After all parameters being set up, press OK button, then all sets
are valid and those set values of every parameter will be written into
initialization files and return to main interface; press Cancel button
then all sets are invalid and return to main interface.
6.2.1
Basic parameter
Project name, Component name, Test spacing and other
parameters may be set up in basic parameters interface, as shown in
Figure 6.2.
