The following operations can be conducted in the defects
schematic graph area：
1）Sliding up or down and left or right can result in page up or
down and left or right；
2）When pressing certain node in the grid, the waveform of this
test point will be displayed in the waveform area, while the
data of this test point will be displayed in the data list area in
the interactive manner.
6.6 File Management
Please refer to the Section 3.5 for details.
6.7 Exit Test
Press Exit button in the main interface to close the defect test
software and return to the startup interface. Before exit, system will
automatically check whether data files has been saved or not, if not, it
will prompt user to save.
