Manual for ZBL-U5 series of Ultrasonic Detector
After have saved the first test point, all transducers shall be lift or
put down simultaneously with constant speed, pile test system will
record data of all test points automatically. Do not lift or put down
transducer too fast nor suddenly accelerate or decelerate.
Lift too fast! Please place the transducer back to 28.99m for
sampling again.
When lift or put down transducer too fast and system cannot
respond in time, a dialogue box prompting user to place it back to a
certain position as shown in Figure 4.10 will display on screen. When
transducer is placed back to the designated position, this dialogue box
will disappear automatically and pile test system will start sampling
again; now user can continuously lift or put down transducer until the
test of this profile is completed.
If adopt manual test mode, user must press Save button once
after every test point has been tested, then move transducer to next test
point for continuous test.
Note: After have saved the first test point, recorded
height value will display on the top status bar on screen. Current
height of transducer will display all the time in automatic test;
height of next test point will display in manual test.

4.3.2 Stop sampling

After all test points have been collected, press Stop button to stop
sampling, now the Stop button turns into Sample button and data have
been saved in disk automatically.
