4.3.7 Test next pile

After one pile has been tested, user must create a new pile at first
for testing next pile: In dialogue box of parameter setup, press New
button after foundation pile name; refer to Section 4.2.1 for more
details.
System will clear current data and create new pile file
automatically; before clearing, it will check that whether current data
have been saved. If current data have not been saved yet, prompt box
inquiring "data has been changed, save or not" will pop up, press Yes
