Check voltage between terminals IDL and E2 of ECU connector.
Check for short circuit between ECU and throttle position sensor.
Repair or replace harness or connector.
ENGINE TROUBLESHOOTING – Circuit Inspection
Connect throttle position sensor connector.
Measure voltage between terminals IDL and E2 of
ECU connector.
Check for open circuit between ECU and
throttle position sensor.
Replace ECU.
