Patty Placement and Removal Guide
Placement procedures of meat products must be
followed on the grill. The meat must be placed on the
lower grill surface from front to back. When the cook
cycle is complete, the upper platen will raise.
Note: It is very important that all patties be removed
from the lower grill surface in the same sequence that
they were placed before cooking.

Patties must be removed immediately after the upper
platen has been raised to the Open position and after the
meat has been seasoned.
Patties are generally placed two at a time from front to
back of grill and right to left. The removal order of the
patties is shown in the diagrams by the number shown in
the center of each patty.
