PROBLEM
1. Grill will not heat.
2. One heat zone will not heat.
(Indicator light is not on,
display flashing "TOO COOL".)
3. One heat zone will not heat.
(Indicator light is on, display
flashing "TOO COOL".)
4. One heat zone is overheating.
(Display flashing "TOO HOT".)
5. Upper cook surface will not
stay in the raised position.

PROBABLE CAUSE
a. Power cord is not connected.
b. Circuit breaker is tripped.
c. Power switch is in the OFF
position.
d. Power switch is faulty.
e. Faulty relay or relay board.
a. Control is not set correctly.

c. Unit displays a fault.
d. Faulty thermocouple.
a. Heater is faulty.
b. Thermocouple is faulty.
c. Thermo overload is faulty.

a. Check the power connection.
