Troubleshooting
Code 20273: "LDM 1 – heatsink rectifier temperature sensor open"
For this error the same troubleshooting table can be applied to as for code 20261: "LDM 1 — heatsink pfc
temperature sensor open".
Code 20274: "LDM 1 – Bad Communication"

Solution
Upgrade the software. See procedure "Software update via Communicator
(DC update companion)", page 249.

Check if the LDM is powered. Ensure that the LDM is correctly wired.
2.
Check if the communication wiring between LDM and Laser Control
Board (connector J500) properly inserted. If problem persists, replace
the communication cable.
3.
If problem persists, replace the LDM. See service procedure "Replacing
a Laser Drive Module", page 56.
Replace the LCB. See service procedure "Replacing the Laser Control
Board (LCB)", page 64.
Solution
Upgrade the software. See procedure "Software update via Communicator
(DC update companion)", page 249.
Ensure the LDM is powered. Make sure it is correctly wired.

Check communication wiring between LDM and Laser Control Board
(connector J500). Make sure it is properly inserted.
2.
If problem persists, replace the communication cable.

Check if the communication wire between the LDM, LPM and Laser
Control board (Z3403440) is properly inserted on all ends.

If problem persists, replace the LCB. See service procedure "Replacing
the Laser Control Board (LCB)", page 64.
