Chapter 3: ROM Monitor Commands
The boot command display (using bfs) looks like this:

Enter boot file name[(ip) "oper.56.enet",\
(mop) "OPER_56_ENET.SYS"]::

loads and "oper.56.enet" for all other protocols.

The next example shows a boot using tftp. The CSMIM2 always tries to
open a file using bfs first. If unsuccessful, the CSMIM2 uses tftp to open
the file.
