Choosing a setting with the keyboard

Place the cursor on the button.

Select the button to open the text field.

Type a numerical value.
If the value exceeds the permitted range, the frame turns red. Type a new value
within the accepted range.

Choose the required setting.,
The chosen setting is applied, and the menu closes
automatically.
Tip
Several of the functions offer
applied to all the views simultaneously.

Whenever applicable, you can make a selection by selecting the left or right side of
the button. This method does not show you the menu choices.

Select the left side of the button to select a "lower"' menu choice.

Select the right side of the button to select a "higher"' menu choice.
Selecting settings using a dialog box
Select the button to open the dialog box.
Once you have made the necessary settings, most dialog boxes provide the following
options:
• Select
to save the selected settings and close the dialog box.

to save your settings without closing the dialog box.

to close the dialog box without making any changes.
