Deactivating the WiFi connection
WiFi is automatically deactivated:
■ If no data transfer takes place for 30 minutes follow-
ing connection to a WiFi enabled device.
or
■ After 5 minutes if no connection to a WiFi enabled
device is established.

Service display

Service limits can be set in parameters "1F", "21" and
"23" in the "Boiler" group.
Acknowledging the service display
Tap the following buttons:
flashes in the navigation area.
Calling up acknowledged service messages
Tap the following buttons:
1. in the navigation area
If fault messages are also present, the following
will appear after tapping on
"Fault list" and "Service messages"
Reset service message
Note
■ If a service is carried out prematurely, set parame-
ter "24:0" in the "Boiler" group to "24:1", and then
back to "24:0". The selected service parameters for
hours run and time intervals restart at 0.
If parameter "24" is not reset once service is com-

plete, "Service" will be displayed again on the fol-
lowing Monday.

Note
If the WiFi connection is activated, the LAN connection
is interrupted. Operation using the Viessmann app is
not possible during this time.

Diagnosis and service scans
Service messages are shown in yellow and appear
in chronological order in a list.
The set service parameters for hours run and inter-
