Suction holder related error messages

No suction holders detected.
Either the holder is missing or faulty, or the cable to the holder
is loose or faulty.

Foot control pedal was pressed down when dental unit was
switched on.
Restart the unit without touching the foot control.

Foot control pedal was not in home position when dental unit
was switched on.
Restart the unit without touching the foot control.

Foot control's chair control knob was not in home position
when dental unit was switched on.
Restart the unit without touching the foot control.

Foot control left knob is either stuck or active at power-up or
after pedal use.
