送具調整
1.送具高度調整 (圖32)
(1)轉動皮帶輪使送具上升至針板上最高
點。
(2)放鬆螺絲 ，上下移動主送具 ，使
其齒面高出針板面約0.7 ~ 0.9mm ，
鎖緊螺絲 。
(3)放鬆螺絲 ，上下移動差動送具
其齒面高出針板面約0.7 ~ 0.9mm 鎖
緊螺絲 。
2.送具水平調整 (圖33)
(1)送具齒的齒面在運轉的循環中，必須
保持針板面呈水平。
(2)調整時放鬆螺絲 ，旋轉後支軸
面呈水平後固定螺絲

ADJUST THE FEED DOG

1 Adjust the feed dog height(Fig 32)
(1)Rotate the pulley to rise the feed dog the
highest point of the needle plate.
(2)Loosen the screw
feed dog up and down in order to
keep the teeth side over the needle plate
about 0.7 ~ 0.9mm. Then tighten the
screw .
(3)Loosen the screw
differential feed dog
order to keep the teeth side over the
needle plate about 0.7 ~ 0.9mm. Then,
tighten the screw

2 Adjust the feed dog horizontally (Fig 33)
(1)During operation, the teeth side of the
teed dog should keep parallel with the
surface of the needle plate.
(2)For adjustment, loosen the screw
