10.15 START / SCAN QR CODE

The START or SCAN QR CODE
based upon the mode you are working in.
IF you have opened the
Cutting file directly from
your Graphics application,
or you have manually
entered a JOB ID (Section
10.16 in this manual) to
manually load a job be cut.
The JOB preview area
will show the job which will
be sent to the cutter, and
the button will display

[START] enabling you to
start cutting.
This is also known as
DIRECT Cutting Mode.
Alternatively, if you have
opened ColorCut Pro Stand
Alone (Job SERVER Mode)
there will be no preview of a
job in the preview area
In Job SERVER mode the
button will show [Scan

QR Code], which when
clicked, will load a sheet and
scan the QR code to retrieve
the job and load it into the
cutting preview area
then start cutting as defined
in the PRODUCTIVITY set-
up.

10.16 SWITCH MODES

The QR code icon enables you to change the mode of the current instance of

ColorCut Pro.
Clicking the icon

window (When the ColorCut is in Job Server Mode), enables you
to manually enter a QR code to pre-load the job.
This enables you to check line/action assignments prior to large productions .
See section 13 later in this manual for details on Retrieving files using JOB ID).
