MISP sent DSL status message. The first number after the address displays
the new DSL status message, the second number displays the reason for the
change of status, and the third number displays the time when the status was
printed. DSL states are:
0H
Unequipped
1H
Disabled
2H
Maintenance busy
3H
Reserved for future use
4H
Enabled, but network (layer 2) is in release state
5H
Enabled and network (layer 2) is established
6H
Busy
Possible reasons for change of state are:
1H
The first network (layer 2) link has been established
2H
The last network (layer 2) link has been released
3H
A DSL overload counters has been reached
4H
Excessive physical (layer 1) errors on a DSL have been detected
