indicates the DSL status followed by the time when the status was printed.
The possible status conditions are:
0H No error
1H Invalid DSL address
2H Forced disconnect has timed out
3H Invalid state change
4H MISP application failed to complete layer 1 connection
7H MISP application failed to queue the request

MISP sent DSL B-channel update message. This message consists of two
words, where each word indicates the B-channel status followed by the time
when the status was printed. The possible status conditions are:
0H No error
1H Invalid DSL address
2H Forced disconnect has timed out
3H Invalid state change
4H MISP application failed to complete physical (layer 1)
connection
7H MISP application failed to queue the request
