Logic Control on the Print Engine Controller Board detected a problem with the Drum
Motor.

1 DRUM MOTOR TEST
1. Enter Diagnostics Mode.
2. From the Main Menu, select Comp Output Test / IOT
Unit / Drum Motor On to check the Drum Motor
function.
3. Press [4] to start, [0] to stop.
Does Drum Motor rotate when you start Output
Test?
2 DRUM MOTOR TEST
1. Remove the Laser Print (EP) Cartridge from the
printer.
2. From the Main Menu, select Comp Output Test / IOT
Unit / Drum Motor On to check the Drum Motor
function.
3. Press [4] to start, [0] to stop.
Does Drum Motor rotate when you start the
test?
