Aftertreatment Device Manual Regeneration Procedure
When the manual regeneration is needed, mark (1)
as shown in the right and service indicator (4) will be
displayed. When mark (1) is displayed, you need to perform
manual regeneration. Before starting manual regeneration,
be sure to check the following.
No person is present around the machine.
Keep flammable objects away from the muffler.
Remaining fuel alarm is not lit.
DEF/AdBlue® alarm is not lit.
1. Park the machine in a safe place. Lower the front
attachment onto the ground.
2. Set the accelerator pedal and switches to the following
state. Aftertreatment device manual regeneration
request screen (2) will be displayed on the monitor.

Parking Brake Switch
Control Lever Lock Switch
Aftertreatment Device
Regeneration inhibited Setting
3. Push the aftertreatment device regeneration switch (3).
