GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
The pasta cooker (referred to below as the appli-
ance) is designed and constructed to cook pasta for
human consumption in water, in the professional
catering sector.
Main Parts
A)Cooking well: in stainless steel.
B)Adjustable water spout: directs the flow of water
C)Water control knob: for regulating the water flow.
D)Heating element control knob: for setting the heat-
ing power.
E)Heating element pilot light: indicates that the heat-
ing elements have switched on after the well has
filled
F) Mains light: indicates that the appliance is receiving
electrical power.
G)Door: for accessing the inside of the appliance
H)Thermostat light: indicates that safety thermostats
have been tripped
