Disrupted or failed therapy due to defective or
non-operational device or accessories!
Using defective devices or defective accessories may result in
device malfunctions. This might expose the patient and the user
to the risk of serious or life-threatening injury.
⇒ Perform a complete function check prior to every use.
⇒ Only operate the device and accessories if they are externally
undamaged.
⇒ Replace illegible or damaged labels.
⇒ Only use devices and accessories which have passed the
function check.
⇒ Have defective devices repaired.
⇒ Have defective accessories repaired or replace them.
⇒ Observe maintenance intervals.
⇒ Keep alternative means of ventilation at the ready.
